UAE: Flour Masters Bakery receives Cluster Champion Award 2026

Dubai, UAE: Flour Masters Bakery LLC, a group company of HMH Holding Co., has received the Cluster Champion Award 2026 as a Recognised Contributor at Future Food 2026, hosted by the UAE Food Cluster under the patronage of the UAE Ministry of Economy & Tourism.

The event was inaugurated by H.E. Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Minister of Economy & Tourism, and brought together government representatives, industry leaders and food businesses to discuss the future of the food sector.

The award was presented by H.E. Saleh Abdulla Lootah, Chairman of the UAE Food Cluster and the UAE Food & Beverage Manufacturers Group, and H.E. Dr. Maria Hanif Al Qassim, Assistant Undersecretary for Policies and Economic Studies at the UAE Ministry of Economy & Tourism.

Hany M. Haneef, Founder Chairman of HMH Holding and Founder & CEO of Flour Masters Bakery, and Shahanaz Haneef, Co-Founder and Director of Flour Masters Bakery, received the award on behalf of the company, along with members of its senior management and team.

Flour Masters Bakery operates a fully automated manufacturing facility in Umm Al Quwain, producing tortillas and flatbreads for its own brands and private-label partners, including retailers and distributors. The company serves more than 50 brands and 200 customers across more than 25 countries.

The company produces classic, whole-wheat and specialty tortillas, along with clean-label options. Its manufacturing operations serve retail, food service and contract manufacturing customers, with products supplied in fresh, chilled, ambient and frozen formats.

Flour Masters Bakery holds HACCP, Halal and ISO 22000:2018 certifications. The company has invested in automation, product development and food safety as part of its manufacturing operations in the UAE.

Commenting on the achievement, Hany M. Haneef said the award recognised the efforts of the entire Flour Masters team and thanked customers and partners for their continued trust.

Flour Masters Bakery also thanked the UAE Ministry of Economy & Tourism and the UAE Food Cluster for supporting industry collaboration and recognising contributions to the country’s food sector.
