Kasaragod: 24-year-old youngster killed in Malappuram road accident

Kasaragod: A 24-year-old youngster from Vorkady village in Manjeshwar taluk died in a road accident in Kerala's Malappuram district on Saturday.

The deceased has been identified as Badrul Hafeez (24), son of Abbas and a resident of Thoke in Vorkady.

According to family members, Hafeez was running a juice shop in Malappuram. He was travelling to his hometown on a bike to attend a family wedding scheduled for Monday.

Police said the bike skidded and hit a road divider.

He died at the spot.

Family members said the body is expected to be brought to his hometown on Sunday evening.
